Connoisseurs and lovers of beer appreciate that, for decades, a unique cult of Budweiser Budvar has been honoured here. The masterly Budweiser brewers once even designated the Schweizerhaus as their window on the world. The beer from Budweis is properly stored and - most importantly - correctly drawn for the enjoyment of guests from all over the world.

Freshly drawn and carefully stored Budweiser Budvar beer and the legendary Schweizerhaus "Stelze" - a leg of juicy roast pork and crackling, are well known far outside the borders of Austria. Our home-made potato pancakes are a delicious and natural product and are regarded as the best in the city. Our raddishes are delicately aliced into wafer thin spirals using our own specially designed slicer which is a Schweizerhaus patent.
